There was no fee for this event. However, we did accept donations. All proceeds over and above what it cost us to put this together was donated to the Western Wayne Skill Center.

We had the pavillion, the park, and the baseball diamond area, giving us plenty of room for lots of fun and games.

This was a BYOBeer, BYOFood and sports gear.
We supplied the location, the promotions, and the charcoal.
