It’s that time of year again. The hustle and bustle of the Holiday Season is upon us. I am happy to announce that Cathy Good (class of 74) has organized a Holiday Gathering for all Churchill Alumni. There is no charge to attend. The location is owned by another Churchill Alumni. The following is the rest of the info from Cathy:

Greetings! We are all aware of our hurting economy in MI. Many are without jobs and are feeling the pressure providing basic needs for their families. The Holidays can be extra stressful and depressing for many. I think we can help!

This Saturday as we gather together with friends at our table will be a Kettle provided by The Salvation Army (at our request). I'm asking everyone to please give something. As we enjoy a nice dinner and drinks please consider those who have neither. We have much to be thankful for!

If you happen to be shopping at Macy’s @ Westland Mall on Saturday Dec. 13th stop by the Salvation Army Bell and say “Hello.” The Bell Ringers on this day are all Wayne Rotarians. We are trying to set a record so please help us out. If I’m not there tell the bell ringers that “Don sent me”.
